CHURCH LIFE
Ebenezer strives to create a welcoming atmosphere where all are encouraged to engage, serve, and grow in their faith. We offer a wide variety of ministries, including outreach, youth, college, small groups, and more that provide opportunities for members to live in the message and carry out the mission of Jesus Christ.
Women’s Ministry
The Ebenezer Women’s Ministry strives to create safe spaces and experiences that inspire women to love God, love themselves and to love one another. Through worship services, bible studies, workshops, and community service projects, we endeavor to stir up the gifts that God has placed in each woman so that we may truly experience God in our midst and be an expression of God’s transforming, forgiving, and redeeming love in our church and community.
Men’s Brotherhood Ministry
The Brotherhood of the Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church is a united team of men dedicated to Christ and kingdom building by providing service throughout the church and community. We are committed to improving the quality of life of men while launching key programs that foster spiritual growth, servant leadership, civic involvement and health & wellness.
College Ministry
The College Ministry at Ebenezer strives to offer each student pursuing a higher education with a community of extended family members that are committed to walk with them during their faith journey. Every Sunday, students are welcome to attend our worship service at 10 a.m. and receive a meal twice a month.
Young Adult Ministry
The Young Adult Ministry is for members aged 18-45 to grow in their faith together through weekly small groups, monthly bible studies, monthly brunch outings, and more.
Youth Ministry
The Youth Ministry offers children in grades 9-12 a chance to nurture and mature their Christian education while also fostering relationships with each other through Bible Study lessons, activities and more.
S.A.L.T. Ministry
Our ministry is a great way for those aged 60+ to make new friends and deepen their faith through Bible study, prayer, and fellowship.
Parents Ministry
The Ebenezer Baptist Church (EBC) Parents Ministry organically creates an environment for all parents/guardians to build connections and learn from one another. It also provides resources for balancing parenthood with everyday life by hosting events and activities related to supporting parents and families. Inspired by the word of Jesus Christ, the EBC Parents Ministry is inclusive and supports all parents, aspiring parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, caregivers and educators.
Birth Month Clubs
At Ebenezer, members can join other individuals who share the same birth month for opportunities to connect and grow meaningful relationships through social outings, activities and more.
Local Missions Ministry
From mission trips to countries like Brazil and Ethiopia to Manna Grocery Giveaway Days at the church, our Outreach Ministry is dedicated to living in the message and carrying out the mission of Jesus Christ both locally and globally.
Health Ministry
The Health Ministry promotes both spiritual and physical well-being.
Heritage Ministry
Ebenezer has a rich history and legacy. Our Heritage Ministry is dedicated to preserving and sharing this legacy with our congregation and the wider community by preserving archives and more.
